National School Sport Week, a government initiative managed by the Youth Sport Trust and supported by Norwich Union, is set to kick off on Monday 30 June and will be a week-long celebration of PE and school sport. Rikki Colegate, 21, sacrificed full-time employment to support the young people in his local area, the troubled Townsend estate in Bournemouth. In a collaboration between the police, the local Youth Service and Nacro, Rikki enrolled as a volunteer football coach and has since proved instrumental in tackling key issues such as racism, anti-social behaviour and obesity in an area buses and taxis once refused to service.
